Cohort-level reporting

What a programme lead can review without reading any student's private record.

  • Student engagement across the cohort
  • Assessment completion and readiness distribution
  • Goal progress by development area
  • Career readiness activity
  • Development evidence collected
  • Cohort-level reporting for programme review
  • Human intervention workflow, at a high level

Human intervention workflow

At a high level.

When a student signals that additional support may be needed, the platform routes that signal to a named member of staff. The institution sees that support is required and who is responsible. It never sees private student reflections, and no real crisis disclosure is ever displayed in a demonstration.

This demonstration never displays a real crisis disclosure, a private student reflection, or an administrative record. The intervention engine itself is unchanged.

Private student reflections and coaching conversations stay private to the student and to authorized staff. The institution receives signals about support, not the student's own words.

Existing modules in this step

Opens the live module. Access depends on the signed-in account.

The Organization Portal is live and permission-based. The cohort on this screen is fictional; no demo student is written to the authoritative Airtable roster, and no organization assignment is modified.

Isolated demonstration environment

Every student, institution, and figure in this demonstration is fictional. No real student record, crisis disclosure, or administrative record is displayed. Live modules open in the platform and remain subject to each account's own permissions.
